What size inverter do I need?
It depends on what you want running and for how long, which is why we do a load assessment rather than quoting from the size of your house. Undersizing means it trips; oversizing means you paid for capacity you never use.
Tubular or lithium?
Tubular costs less upfront and is the sensible choice on a tight budget. Lithium costs more but lasts roughly twice as long, needs no maintenance and takes far less space — so over eight years it often works out cheaper. We'll show you both figures rather than steering you.
How long will the battery last in a cut?
That's a function of battery capacity against the load you're running. Cutting the load — backing up lights and fans rather than the air conditioner — extends runtime far more cheaply than adding battery capacity.
Can I add storage to my existing solar?
Usually yes, but it depends on your inverter. A standard on-grid inverter can't charge a battery; you'd need a hybrid inverter or an AC-coupled battery. We'll check what you have before quoting.
Why do batteries fail early?
Almost always undersized cabling, poor ventilation, or running them flat repeatedly. All three are installation and sizing issues rather than battery faults — which is why we don't cut corners on cable gauge.
