Sizing and cost
What size, and what it costs
Size follows how far away people read the board. These are the two rules we size by; the final figure comes from measuring on site.
1 m per mm
Pixel pitch
A board looks sharp from about 1 m away for every mm of pixel pitch, so a P10 board from about 10 m and a P5 from about 5 m.
1 cm per 3 m
Letter height
Text stays readable to about 3 m for every cm of letter height. One row of P10 modules is 16 cm tall, enough for a line read from about 40 m.

Board fabricated to your own dimensions, with a fixed price agreed before anything is made.

Mounted and powered, your first content loaded, and your own staff shown how to change the message.
Questions
LED display questions
What size board do I need?
It follows viewing distance. A board read from across a road needs bigger characters and a coarser pixel pitch than one read from the pavement. We measure the sight lines on the site visit and size the board from those. Wall space sets the maximum, not the specification.
Can I change the message myself?
Yes, and we train your staff to do it at handover. Depending on the controller it's USB, Wi-Fi or a phone app. A board only you can update is a board that ends up showing last year's offer.
Will it survive the monsoon?
Outdoor boards are built in weatherproof enclosures with powder-coated frames suited to coastal conditions. It's worth being specific about this — sealing and frame treatment are exactly where cheaper boards cut cost.
How much power does it use?
LED displays draw very little, and consumption scales with brightness and how much of the board is lit. We'll give you a figure with the quote.
Can you build a non-standard size?
Yes. We fabricate to your dimensions, which matters when you're fitting into an existing shopfront or a gap above a doorway.
What does it cost?
Single-colour scrolling boards start from ₹4,500 per board. Price scales with the board's dimensions, so the figure that matters is your size — which we confirm by measuring the sight lines on site. Tri-colour and full-colour displays are quoted from the same measurement.
