How a build, a sale or a repair runs
1. Bring it in, or tell us what to build
Walk into the showroom, or send us the fault or the spec by call or WhatsApp.
2. Free diagnosis, or a spec priced part by part
We find the actual fault before quoting it. For a build, every component is named and shown to you by model.
3. Written quote, your approval
Nothing starts until you agree the price. If a machine isn't worth repairing, we say so.
4. Build, repair, handover
Genuine or grade-A parts, operating system and drivers set up, and the machine tested before it goes back to you.
Computer, laptop and gaming PC questions
Do you build gaming PCs to my own specification?
Yes — any spec. Bring a parts list or a budget and we will build to it, name every component before we start, and tell you where a cheaper part costs you nothing in real performance and where it costs you the whole build. The machine is assembled, tested and updated here before you take it away.
What warranty comes with a refurbished laptop?
One year as standard. We also keep tested pieces on a 1-month warranty at a lower price, and if you buy one of those you can move it up to a full year for ₹3,999 to ₹7,999 depending on the model. Either way the machine is tested and graded before it is sold — nothing goes out blind.
Is a refurbished laptop a risk?
The risk sits with the seller, not the hardware. We test and grade every unit, tell you what was replaced, and stand behind it for a year. What we will not do is sell you one when a new machine at a slightly higher price does the job better.
Do you charge for diagnosis?
No. We diagnose free and quote in writing. You decide after that — and we'll tell you when a machine isn't worth repairing, even though that costs us the job.
Will I lose my data?
Not if we can help it. We back up before working on the machine, and restore your files, settings and email afterwards. If a drive has already failed we'll tell you honestly what's recoverable before you spend anything on recovery.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are one to three days depending on parts. Cleaning, OS reinstalls and SSD upgrades are often same-day. We'll give you a realistic time with the quote, not an optimistic one.
Is it worth upgrading an old laptop instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. An SSD in a machine that still has a healthy battery and screen usually transforms it for a fraction of replacement cost. Past about six years, or once parts get scarce, a refurbished or new machine starts making more sense.
Do you supply for offices and institutions?
Yes — assembled desktops or laptops in bulk on a single specification, so support stays simple, plus setup and ongoing service. Refurbished units are worth asking about where the budget has to stretch further.
