On-grid, off-grid and hybrid rooftop plants — sized from your actual bills, installed by our own team, with subsidy and net metering paperwork handled for you.
Enter your electricity bill, or tap an amount below. We'll show the system size that fits and roughly what it saves.
Your bill works out to about —.
PM Surya Ghar subsidy for this size: — (homes only)
What's left is mostly KSEB's fixed charge and meter rent, which apply even with solar.
On-grid suits a home with reliable supply. Batteries are for keeping power through a cut; they do not lower the bill any further.
Panels power your home first. What you don't use goes to KSEB through the net meter and is set against what you draw at night.
No KSEB connection at all. The panels charge a battery bank, and the batteries run the house after dark.
Works like on-grid, with a battery that keeps your essentials running through a power cut.
Indicative starting prices, and what a home pays once the PM Surya Ghar subsidy comes back. Final pricing is fixed in writing after the site survey.
₹30,000 a kW for the first 2 kW and ₹18,000 for the third. ₹78,000 is the most any home gets, however big the plant.
Typical home, 200–300 units a month
Larger home or a small shop, 400–500 units
Commercial, institution or heavy consumption
Homes get up to ₹78,000. Shops, offices and institutions are not covered by this scheme. Price quoted after a survey.
Get a fixed quoteGeneration figures are typical for this region and vary with roof orientation, shading and season.
Solar makes sense at very different scales. What changes is the sizing, the inverter and whether you need storage.
If you're consistently over 200 units a month, rooftop solar usually pays back faster than any other home upgrade.
Daytime consumption matches solar generation almost perfectly, which makes on-grid particularly efficient for retail.
Schools, clinics and offices with large flat roofs and weekday-heavy load profiles.
Off-grid and hybrid systems where extending the grid would cost more than the plant itself.
We survey it free and put the answer, and the price, in writing.
Solar quotes vary wildly because they include wildly different things. This is our standard scope — check any cheaper quote against it line by line.
Solar has one extra stage that CCTV doesn't — utility approval. We're upfront about it because it's the part we don't control.
Twelve months of electricity bills tell us your real consumption. Sizing from anything less is guesswork.
We check you qualify for the subsidy: a home, the connection in your name, and the size the scheme covers.
Roof measurement, shading study through the day, structure check and cable routing.
We register you on the PM Surya Ghar portal and apply. KSEB checks that your connection can take the plant.
Exact panel layout, inverter spec, generation estimate and fixed price — plus what subsidy you qualify for.
Nothing goes on the roof until KSEB's feasibility approval is in. Fitting early can cost you the subsidy.
Typically two to four days on site for a residential plant. Our own team, no sub-contractors.
We upload the plant details to the portal and apply for the net meter.
Monitoring app set up on your phone, a full walkthrough of the plant, and an AMC if you want one.
KSEB fits the net meter, inspects the plant and issues the commissioning certificate. The subsidy then goes to your bank account.
Panels and inverters we can warranty, service and get replacements for.

Roughly 80 to 100 square feet per kW with standard panels, and it needs to stay reasonably unshaded through the middle of the day. We measure and run a shading check on the site visit — a tree that looks harmless in the morning can cost you a third of your generation at 2pm.
It depends entirely on your consumption pattern and system size, which is why we size from your last twelve months of bills. Anyone quoting you a percentage before seeing those bills is guessing.
Yes — application, technical documents and utility liaison, start to finish. Scheme rules change, so we confirm what you qualify for before quoting, and put that figure in writing.
An on-grid system shuts down during a cut — that's a safety requirement, not a fault, because it protects line workers. If you want power through cuts you need a hybrid system with a battery.
Two to four days on site for a typical residential rooftop plant. Utility approval and meter changeover run on their own timeline on top of that, and we'll be straight with you about it upfront. We won't promise a date that sits with the utility.
Panel cleaning a few times a year — more if you're near dust or trees — plus an annual check of connections, mounting and inverter performance. The monsoon does a fair amount of the cleaning for you.
Panels typically carry a 25-year performance warranty and lose output slowly, a fraction of a percent a year. The inverter is the component most likely to need replacing first, usually somewhere past the ten-year mark.
At our pricing, typically four to five years after subsidy. A 3kW plant at ₹2,10,000 comes to about ₹1,32,000 after the ₹78,000 PM Surya Ghar subsidy, and generates roughly 4,300 units a year — around ₹32,000 of electricity at current KSEB rates. Without subsidy it's closer to six or seven years. Your actual figure depends on your consumption, which is why we size from your bills.

Lithium and tubular storage to keep essentials running through a cut — the natural pairing with an on-grid plant.
