IT Next Computers & CCTV Solutions is certified to ISO 9001:2015, the international standard for quality management. An independent certification body audited how we quote, install and service our work, and audits it again every year.

ISO 9001 asks for a defined process from the first enquiry to the handover, so the result does not depend on which engineer turns up.
Problems fixed at the cause
The standard requires complaints and mistakes to be recorded and corrected at their cause, not just patched, and customer feedback to be tracked.
