Why the work keeps coming
From one computer shop to a team across five districts
ITnext began in 2019 as a laptop sales and service shop in Haripad. Customers who trusted us with a laptop started asking who to trust with their cameras, gates and inverters, so we learned those trades properly and kept them in-house.
- 2019 Started as a computer shop
Laptop sales and service on Sasthamuri Junction in Haripad.
- 2020 Added CCTV and security
Camera installation and servicing, done by our own team from day one.
- 2021 Solar and automation
Solar, gate automation and home automation joined as part of the same work.
- 2026 Second branch, Thiruvalla
A second showroom, closer to customers in Pathanamthitta.

What we do: Dates are agreed at the quote and we work to them. If one slips, you hear it from us first.

What often happens: Cables run the quickest way, and fixings that give up in the first monsoon.
What we do: Cable routed properly, conduits where they belong, mounting points that survive the monsoon.
We answer the phone after the invoice
What often happens: Hard to reach once the bill is paid.
What we do: The same team picks up months later, when something needs attention.
