Biometric attendance and access control systems
Fingerprint, face and card systems for doors and payroll-linked attendance — for gyms, offices, factories, schools and clinics across our five districts.
Fingerprint, face, card or mobile?

Who we install access control for
-
Gyms & fitness
Members check in by fingerprint, face or card, and an expired membership stops at the door.
-
Offices & factories
Attendance that exports straight into payroll, plus controlled entry to server rooms and stores.
-
Schools & colleges
Staff attendance, plus restricted access to labs, offices and record rooms.
-
Clinics & hospitals
Controlled entry to pharmacy, records and treatment areas, with a record of who went where.
What a biometric attendance system costs
Start with attendance, then add door control where you need it. Your final quote is fixed in writing after the free site visit.
The starting price covers the reader, attendance software, payroll export and staff enrolment. Door hardware is quoted after we have seen the doors and frames.

What's included in every access control installation
No line item here is an optional extra. If a quote you've received elsewhere is cheaper, it's worth checking which of these it leaves out.
At the door
- Biometric or card reader sized to your headcount
- Electromagnetic lock or strike, with the door frame checked
- Exit button and emergency break-glass release
- Backup power so doors stay controlled through a cut
- Fail-safe or fail-secure configured to suit fire regulations
In the office
- Attendance software installed and configured
- Shift patterns, holidays and overtime rules set up
- Payroll-compatible report export configured
- All staff enrolled on site during commissioning
- Admin training for whoever runs it day to day

Access control questions
Will it work with our payroll software?
In most cases yes — attendance data exports to Excel or CSV, which almost every payroll package accepts. Tell us what you use and we'll confirm the format before we quote.
What happens to the doors in a power cut?
That depends on whether the door is set fail-safe (unlocks) or fail-secure (stays locked), which is a fire-safety decision as much as a security one. We configure it deliberately and include backup power so doors stay controlled through short cuts.
Fingerprint readers fail for some of our staff. Why?
Worn, wet or damaged fingertips are a genuine limitation — common in manual trades. Face recognition or cards solve it. A good system mixes methods, so nobody is left stuck at the door.
Can we control which staff enter which areas?
Yes. Access rules are set per person and per zone, so accounts staff can enter the office but not the stores, and cleaners can enter after hours but not the server room.
Can it work alongside our CCTV?
Yes, and it's worth doing. Pairing an access log with camera footage at the same door turns "someone used this card" into "this is who used it".
What does it cost?
An attendance-only setup starts from ₹29,999 installed, including the reader, software, enrolment and reporting. Adding door control brings in the lock, exit hardware and backup supply, which we quote after seeing the doors.
